Automatic Update section of website saying purchase code is invalid. Any idea why?

Hello,

What are you trying to activate using theme purchase code? Are you sure that this is theme activation or maybe you are trying to activate bundled plugin like Subscriptio, WPBakery, Revolution? There is no need to activate bundled plugins to use it with our theme https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins

I’m trying to set up the automatic updates for the theme itself NOT plug-ins. I took a picture of my screen so you can see it. Where can I attach it?

Hello @Ahmed,

You do not need to activate bundled plugins using a key, and you can’t do it using the purchase code from the theme. As mentioned in our docs, we do not provide activation keys for plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/activation-and-purchase-codes/ . Bundled plugins do not come with personal licenses independent of the theme you purchased, read here – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
