Purchase Code incorrect after resetting my website

    My purchase code is not working after resetting website. It says, ‘Sorry, the code is incorrect. Please try again.’

    i have active subscription and support. Please review

    Hello, Noureddine,

    We tried to check the code using the Envato verification system and we get the response that the purchase code is not verified. Could you, please, check if everything is ok with your ThemeForest account? Because if the account is blocked or your purchase is canceled you won’t be able to use the code.
