Purchase code isn’t working. I used to have the same code in my old website.

Hi there,
I have purchased your theme a long ago and my website was running well but all of in a sudden i got malware attack on my server and i had to delete all the data.
Now i’m trying to setup a new website with the same theme but my Item Purchase Code isn’t working. it’s saying “Oops… You have reached the activation number limit.”
what can i do now, please help me.
