Hello, I bought a license of your theme, currently 2, to develop a client’s website, and I liked 2 styles of your demo pages, and I tried to export the 2 demos in my project hoping to apply each style to specific pages and what happened was that both styles were combined and the pages that were generated were horrible, the styles overlapped and mixed and there were pages without any form.
I think it’s a lack of your theme to be able to customise certain pages with one demo style and others with another, but it doesn’t matter.
So I started the project again with 2 branches, each branch with an importation of one of your demos and with its style; I was thinking of going to see how it was built separately from the inside and arming it with the elements that the other demo has so that the styles of the demos wouldn’t mix…
All this locally for the same project, and suddenly it tells me an activation error, your code has exceeded the activation limit and it won’t let me work on my project anymore.
Which I also think is another lack of your theme, the inability to detect when you are developing a site on localhost and not count that use as a project.
I mean other themes and plugins such as WPML, they detect the website and while I am testing the projects on localhost they do not give me a license problem until I deploy them, it asks me for the license by website, in the administration panel of their license(s) I add the site for which it is the license and only there the activation counts.
But hey I have 2 main questions.
How can I reset one of my purchase codes to be able to continue developing my project not yet been published?
And I take this opportunity to ask if it is possible to use different styles of your theme on certain pages, and on certain pages another style?
Hello, Ing. Alejandro Javier Villalón Navarro,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
You can activate XStore now.
It is recommended to run the full import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
If you need to get elements/pages from different demos there are 2 ways:
– XStore studio allows import sections from different demos, when you are using Elementor plugin. Just edit page using Elementor > click here – https://prnt.sc/udpfle and import the desired block.
– If you are using WPBakery Page Builder – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI

The first question is about what you say, I had already tried to use XStore Studio and I clicked on the insert button on the element that I wanted to add and even with this session started and with the purchased theme the following legend appears:
This demo is for preview purposes only.
Purchase XStore to get access to all features.
So how can I get those elements to put in my project?
And the second question is about the database reset plugin, which would delete the activation that I have made of the theme and I would still have to enter the registration code again and it would block me again, right?
Do you have a tool to completely delete imported demos and be able to re-import another demo from scratch in the same project?
Hello, Ing. Alejandro Javier Villalón Navarro,
Thank you for your response.
1/ For example, edit a page using Elementor on your site > click on Studio icon https://prnt.sc/_XOR1df6e3Ic > find the desired block https://prnt.sc/AuzbGwhdZMSg and import it https://prnt.sc/zKzFQqH8QuFZ > then edit content depends on your needs.
2/ Before doing the reset using the plugin, you need to un-register the theme here – https://prnt.sc/RoawScDF8WFC
There is no mentioned tool in our theme. You write on support forum, we can assist with existing settings only. If you want to request new functionality, please post requests to our dev team via this page – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/

Ok, one last question.
When you import a demo, does a master style from that demo import all the styles that those pages will have?
(Like text styles, background colors, header styles, and menu styles)?
Where are these master styles stored?
Do you have documentation on how to manage these master styles?
Is it possible to use the demo importer to import 2 of these styles into my project and on a whim decide to use different styles of your theme on certain pages, and on specific pages another style?
Hello, Ing. Alejandro Javier Villalón Navarro,
When you import the demo, you get all content and Theme Options.
Every page created using Elementor has its own settings for content. But header settings come from Theme Options.
What exactly do you want to manage? Please provide an example.
Do not import 2 full demos at the same time, it will create a mess in Theme options.
If you want to mix styles and content from different demos, describe your request in more detail, so we can assist you.
Provide the URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area.
Kind Regards,
