Purchased product with support and not getting any support – not happy!

    Hello

    I have installed XStore and have import demo content for XStore books version. It is not showing the sliders as shown on your demo: https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/books/

    I have tried this several times and it keeps producing the same error despite making sure that all the system requirements are met:

    Books Installed! But We Have Some Errors:

    • media not installed 🙁
    • grid-builder not installed 🙁

    The most common errors happened by low server requirements, we strongly recommend to contact your host provider and check the necessary settings.

    I have searched your support pages for hours trying to get a resolution. I have followed the steps in your support about regenerating all thumbnails and this has not done nothing to resolve issue. I have also multiple times used your suggested WordPress database reset plugin and it still coming up with the same issue.

    I have posted a new topic 04/01/21 and have had no response.

    Can someone contact me today as I cannot move any further with this product and the project I am trying to complete.

    Hello,

    1) You posted your topic on 5 January https://prnt.sc/whayo0 We clearly notify that reply time may be up to 24 hours depending on the volume of the requests https://prnt.sc/whaz6s So, please, be patient and there is no need to scale the support requests. We do our best to help all the clients! Hope for your understanding.

    2) To show the missing sliders go to Revolution sliders and edit 2 sliders (product-carousel and slider) and choose the product categories you would like to show there https://prnt.sc/whauzd , save your changes and check the frontend. Reply back if it does not help and provide WP Dashboard access to your site.
    I checked your installation and don’t see missing images or product grid, so just ignore that message.

    Hello,

    Some users have premium support because of the number of licenses that they bought. Anyway, we answer to all the clients, we just need some time.

    You can change the size of the thumbnails in Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Images > https://prnt.sc/wiwlgs
    I chose the product category in the slider settings and sliders appeared on the home page https://prnt.sc/wiwlw4 . Check now.
