Purchased subscription license cannot activate x-store WooCommerce theme!

    Hello
    I just purchased a license on your website for yearly subscription and the license cannot activate our x-store WooCommerce theme.
    After pressing activate theme button we get an error message that theme cannot be activated with this license.

    We had to use our existing Themeforest license to activate the theme and that one worked right away (The Themeforest purchased license was not being in use).

    Please workout the issue and let me know what should we do to address this issue and be able to activate our WooCommerce themes with our newly purchased subscription license.

    Hello,

    We are sorry but XStore is not included in the subscription. We can’t include this theme because it sells in Theme Forest and due to their policy can’t be sold anywhere else. So XStore you can get here – https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546 and use it according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard , 1 license for 1 project. There is no “unlimited activations” option.
    You can cancel your subscription in the My Account area, we will accept the refund within 2 days.

    Hello Thank you for the reply,
    The information on your online shop is misleading, maybe for future customers and to avoid unnecessary effort and waste of time it would be nice to put a disclaimer there on your website about this. Saying unlimited everything means everything that 8themes has to offer including all themes in themeforest as they all are your products (part of your services) after all.

    I have cancelled the subscription.
