Hi dear,
I was wondering if there is a way to apply Quantity Discount for different variants, for example if you buy a black t-shirt and a white t-shirt from the same model? Now the customers has to chose the same variant and size to benefit from the quantity discount,
Kind regards,
Hello, @Configoods,
I hope this message finds you well.
We appreciate your inquiry regarding the application of quantity discounts to product variations, We have conducted the test on our test site.
As illustrated in the provided screenshot (https://ibb.co/6Nn6S8J), we have set up both internal and quantity discounts. Should you select any variation and proceed to add it to your cart, the discount will be applied to the chosen variation. For your reference, please review the following screenshots that demonstrate this functionality: https://ibb.co/jWjVccp, https://ibb.co/S07njJx, and https://ibb.co/GsXHQBr.
It is important to note that the discount will be applied across all variations, as our current system does not offer the option to apply discounts to a specific variation exclusively.
Should you require any further assistance or clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Warm regards,

Hello, @Configoods,
We advise that you temporarily disable all third-party plugins, excluding those that are included with XStore (a list of which can be found here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After deactivating these plugins, clear your browser’s cache and re-evaluate the situation. The cause of the issue may be one of the non-included plugins.
Should the problem persist, please maintain the deactivation of all third-party plugins on your website and provide us with authorization to conduct a thorough debugging process. This may involve deactivating plugins and reversing any customizations made on your site, enabling us to provide you with the necessary assistance.
Please ensure that you create a full backup of your website before making any changes.
Furthermore, for us to assist you more effectively, we request that you provide your site’s WP Admin credentials in the private content section of this correspondence:

Hi,
I’ve turned off all the 3rd party plugins and i found out that Pro elements of Elementor is causing the issue.
I could be wrong but as i said that i remembered the sticky cart was working e few days before, maybe it started when i used the Single product builder in theme builder?
Anyway i will leave the credentials in private area. Please let me know what the next steps are.
Kind regards,
Hello, @Configoods,
I hope this message finds you well.
Upon thorough investigation, we have determined that the root cause of the issue you encountered was not related to the Pro Elements plugin. Instead, it originated from the Custom Layout that was created using the Elementor Pro plugin. Specifically, the issue was linked to the conditions assigned to this layout, as illustrated in the following screenshot: https://ibb.co/B3Ds76t.
To address this, we have modified the conditions and subsequently removed them, as depicted in these screenshots: https://ibb.co/dM3vyQt and https://ibb.co/PD5KhsK.
As a result of these adjustments, the system will no longer utilize your Custom Layout designed with the Elementor Pro plugin. Instead, it will default to the layout provided by the theme. We are pleased to inform you that the sticky add to cart feature is now functioning correctly, as shown here: https://ibb.co/5xqhHbV.
Please note that the sticky add to cart is an inherent functionality of the theme and, as such, is not compatible with custom templates created through Elementor Pro. It is designed to operate seamlessly with the theme’s default template. We trust that this explanation clarifies the situation.
Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Best Regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hello,
Thanks for your time to investigate.
I had this gut feeling that it had to do with the custom layout.. anyway, i would like to stck with the custom one because it’s better and more customizable then the default one.
Thanks again 😉
kind regards,
