We offer quantity discounts when customers purchase in trading units and its works well. However, if the stock is below the required quantity for a discount, the discount option still appears, leading to an error message only when the user clicks on it. How can we hide the discount option when there isn’t enough stock to offer it?

Additionally, is it possible to display the reduced unit price alongside the total discount, so the customer can see both the discount price and the absolute amount saved?

Example (actual just a few units on stock):

    Hello, Daniel,

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. Additionally, we need video and screenshots from you for a better understanding of your requests.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Hi Rose, you find in private section the access data:

    This is a good example:
    https://www.bigenergy.ch/shop/monster-energy-juiced-aussie-style-lemonade-500ml/

The actual stock is only 3 pieces, but the sow has the option of buying 12 or 24 pieces. The customer only receives an error message after clicking that he cannot buy this.

For your information, all data in Onlinestore is controlled via our backend system. Manual entry of data in WooCommerce is not used and will be overwritten during the next synchronisation.

    Kind regards, Daniel

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Dear @Daniel,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have reviewed the issue you highlighted and understand the concern. To proceed effectively, we would appreciate your insights on the potential solution. Specifically, do you suggest we verify the quantity of the current product in the quantity discount items and restrict those where the quantity exceeds the maximum limit of the current product? So in current product you shared the section with Quantity discounts will be simple not displayed at all as max quantity of this product is 3 items.

As this request is unique to your situation, your perspective would be invaluable in guiding our next steps.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your guidance.

    Hi Jack,

Yes exactly, the best solution would be if the options are only displayed if they can be used.

In the example of 3 pieces mentioned above, no quantity discount option would be displayed, if the stock would be 15 pieces, for example, the option of 12 pieces would only be displayed, and if there were more than 24 pieces, both options would be available.

    Kind regards,
    Daniel
