Quantity Discounts of Sales Booster page product

Good morning, I have a problem with the theme.

We have activated the Quantity Discounts of Sales Booster. We have configured a product, but it does not show the price table in the product tab. We have tried to put the shortcode also and nothing.

What could be happening?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

that post is the first thing we have read.

But we set in each product the discounted price and it doesn’t work.

This product has a test.
