Quantity Hundred and Decimal kg or meters in single product

Hello, my client sells sand and gravel by the kilo, as well as synthetic turf by the meter (example of articles on a base of more than 1000 references). How can a customer manually enter a quantity of several hundred kilos (example, 325 kg) or with decimal places (example: 10.50 meters).
