    Hello,

    1. You can use Woocommerce Layered Nav widget in Appearance > Widgets > Shop Sidebar to display color filter. But first you need create attributes in Products > Attributes and assign them to your variable products https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/ .

    2. Unfortunately there is no such possibility. It requires additional customization which is beyond our basic support scope.

    3. Could you please show screenshots of the issues for better understanding? Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    1. Do you mean you don’t see color filter on Shop page? Have you assign your attributes to Variable products as set prices for them?

    2./3. You’re welcome.

    1. Sorry but payment issues are related to Woocommerce, not to the theme. You need contact either Woocommerce or PayPal support.

    2. You can try Woocommerce Currency Switcher plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/. Please note we can’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.

    3. Have you enabled debug mode in wp-config.php file? If so, disable it https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress .
Also move theme files to “royal” folder, so it’ll be wp-content/themes/royal and not wp-content/themes/Royal_Theme-v2.8/Royal_Theme-v2.8.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Thanks for the prompt response…

Please find our comments listed out as outlined below:

    1. The colour filter is the one present on the product list page of the current template. We have already done the part of setting up the product with the attributes. To visually explain the process, we have made a video shared at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B49__0-UvFXsUTl3cTNINTR5Vms/view?usp=sharing. Please guide us on how to get the filter as seen at 03:27-03:31 mins of the video

    Other queries:
    1. Payment via Paypal – We shall write to the PayPal support team. Thank you.

    2. Thanks for this info and plugin link. We shall try to integrate this currency switcher. Is this the same plugin you have used in the template?

    3. We had disabled the debug mode but it does not solve our problem. Keeping it disabled, we have also moved the theme files to “royal” folder, so it’ll be wp-content/themes/royal and not wp-content/themes/Royal_Theme-v2.8/Royal_Theme-v2.8. However, this is distorting our whole website design. Please advice us on how this can be handled.

Hoping to hear from you soon….

Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year!

    Hello,

    1. At first you need set prices for your variations in product editor. Then go to Appearance > Widgets and add “Woocommerce Layered Nav” widget to “Shop Sidebar” area http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/16/1228/h_1482945688_8137195_5f8f92e76e.jpeg .

    2. On our demo languages and currency links are used just to show the theme is compatible with WPML and Woocommerce Multilingual plugins, that work together. So your site can be presented in different languages.

    3. As I see your site is shown properly.
Please clarify what exactly is incorrect.

    Thank you.

    Eva Kemp.

    Hi..

Thanks for the quick responses to all our queries…

    Query 1:
The third query we had asked last time was regarding the error we can see once an expired link from the forgot password mail is clicked again. To explain this error, please consider the following flow:

Step 1: On launching the website, the user visits the login page. He clicks on Lost your password link which sends him a forgot password email.

Step 2: This email has a link which when clicked will enable the user to go to a change password page from where he changes his password.

Step 3: Suppose he visits the link, changes his password and then clicks on the link in the forgot password mail again, he is taken to the page which displays a warning stating “Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/audiotmvishal/public_html/monisha-jaising/wp-content/themes/Royal_Theme-v2.8/Royal_Theme-v2.8/header.php:2) in /home/audiotmvishal/public_html/monisha-jaising/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/shortcodes/class-wc-shortcode-my-account.php on line 338”

You can see this by visiting the link:
    http://www.audio-one.co/monisha-jaising/my-account/lost-password/?show-reset-form=true

Please advice on how this warning can be hidden.

    Query 2:
Do we have any provision in the template that can directly copy values from one form to another? We are having a billing address form which the user has to fill. Can we implement an option which when selected will populate the same fields in the shipping address with the text entered in the billing address form?

Please advice on this. Thank you.

    Hello,

    1. Please ask your hosting provider support to deactivate “display_errors” function for your site.

    2. Sorry, but there is no such feature. It’s related to Woocommerce plugin, not to the theme.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
