Question about cart edit.I want to edit my cart with custom code.

Hello,
I have my cart order review at the right.
First is “Subtotal” and below its “Total”.
I want between them to put also the Shippings.
How can i add it?

Shipping function is enabled and are all set.
I just want to make it visible at that place also.
Which php file is this form at my screenshot??
To find it and customise it.
