Question about the banner and descriptions of the product category page

I have questions on product categories page, please refer to the page I post.
1) how can I display different banner for different product category page?
2) for each categories, there is product descripitions, how do I display that on the top of product category page? (but below the banner).
3) If I want to add something on a specific product category page, how do I add it?
