    Hello,

I´m using a plugin in order to add filters for products, however I can´t get the AJAX loading function to work. I´ve tried several plugins supplying this function and none of them worked, then I contacted the creator of the plugin I´m currently using, they say it´s a theme issue. Do you know if it is possible to change something to get AJAX working?

One other small question, I can;t find where I can translate “No products were found” on this page, http://www.inrichtingkopen.nl/?s=duiqhd&post_type=product, I saw on another forum post that you could change it at theme option -> shop, but I can;t find it here.

    Thanks in advance

    Dennis Touw

One more thing I forgot to ask, in your theme examples you use a menu dropdown containing several columns, I can just get the options in 1 row. How do I do this?

    Hello,

Please clarify the issue with AJAX loading function with more details. How can we reproduce it from our end?
To translate that text you need edit the file wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce/loop/no-products-found.php (line 16).

Please read here how to create menu:

This is the answer I got from the author of the plugin:

“If your theme uses different product classes than the default WooCommerce ones, Ajax load might not work. Try overriding the default classes with the ones used by your theme. The override fields are located on the Product Filter Advanced Options page. If you’re unsure what these are, contact your theme’s author.”

I’m not familiar with product classes. Regarding reproducing the issue, that’s difficult since there isn’t anything to reproduce. AJAX load is currently enabled, it just doesn’t do anything. So there’s not much to see. I can provide you the login details if that helps?

    Hello,

When I try to add product to cart I am redirected to other site. Is it normal?
In this case please specify how we can check ajax loading. It won’t work if “Add to Cart” button redirects to other site.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Yes this is normal, it’s an affiliate comparison site. The AJAX loading should kick in when you use a filter. Now it reloads the entire page.

    Hello,

Do you mean filter in products page sidebar?
Ajax doesn’t work there. When you filter products the page will reload.
Check our demo site https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/shop .
    It works the same.

    Regards,
