Hello good morning:
I’m trying to create a dropdown menu for the mobile version of my online store, where I use XStore.
I want to implement it in one of two ways:
1- With the default mobile menu.
2- In the Mobile Panel (I would like it to be my main option).
The doubts may be complex, but let me explain:
I would really like it if pressing the Mobile Panel hamburger would open the pop-up that is displayed from the mobile menu by default.
Is this possible?
If not, it would be done from the default menu.
Here comes another problem: in this default menu, I want to implement a menu with drop-down menus, but the arrow does not appear to be able to display it, nor the subcategories.
How should I configure it? Because yesterday I was trying all afternoon and there was no way. Maybe I don’t know how to do it well.
Thank you very much in advance.
Hello, Armatactica,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
– Select one of the menu types in Header Builder > Mobile menu – https://prnt.sc/qI-BM52IRzlV
– Header Builder > Mobile menu > select the menu (created the desired menu via Dashboard > Appearance > Menus).
– Header Builder > Mobile menu > Dropdown Opening Action.

Hello, good afternoon:
Everything you’ve told me to do, I had already done. As I mentioned, I spent the entire afternoon yesterday trying it before asking anything.
I’ve checked my website on my iPhone and my Amazon Fire tablet, but why doesn’t the dropdown appear?
On the other hand, the other question I raised is:
How can I make it so that when I click on any of the icons (I also have a hamburger icon configured, currently there are two) in the Mobile Panel that appears at the bottom, the menu opens as you mentioned?
Please take a look, because either I haven’t been understood, or my question hasn’t been read carefully.
Thank you very much in advance.
Hello, Armatactica,
We appreciate your prompt response.
1/ There is a cache problem, because for logged users the dropdown menu is visible – https://prnt.sc/zxnn_M8eydjO
We would recommend you clear all cache including server cache and CDN.
2/ Please check the menu in the mobile panel on our demos – https://xstore.8theme.com/

Hello, good morning:
Thank you very much for your response. I have been trying to set up everything to display the menu, clearing the CDN and cache, and improving speed with WP Rocket and your Speed Optimization. However, I believe I have messed up the page. Many images are not loading correctly, they appear distorted, and the single product images are not displaying properly, among other issues. In a nutshell, I’ve really messed things up.
How can I reset all of this to get everything working correctly again?
Thank you very much in advance.
I have found a demo that I like better, and I want to install it. I’m not sure to what extent it will also solve the problem, but I’m going to give it a try. Thank you very much in advance.
Hello, Armatactica,
Is there anything we can help you with? If so, please provide the correct wp-admin access, the previous one is incorrect now.

Hello, good afternoon:
First, I would like to apologize. I reset the entire page because I believe that, due to my lack of knowledge, I had made too many changes. I have found a demo that better suits what I want, and I will make minimal adjustments. However, I do believe that you should improve the tutorial for optimizing Speed Optimization with WP Rocket. It should specify exactly what needs to be selected to avoid conflicts between the two because I find it to be too vague.
I have found a demo that I like better, but I see that upon installation, it does not allow me to customize the footer or the top banner. It indicates, “Selected static block was removed or unpublished.” I have reinstalled the theme, but it still doesn’t work.
Is there a solution to this?
Thank you very much in advance.
Hello, Armatactica,
To fix “Selected static block was removed or unpublished.”, just go to Appearance > Widgets > check in what widget area Static block widgets are added and select blocks there.
We did this for you, please clear cache and check now.
We do not see WP Rocket plugin on your site. Settings may vary depending on many factors, so correctly it is not possible to provide universal instruction.

Hello Rose, good afternoon:
Thank you very much for resolving the footer issue; that message was appearing. What I did was delete the Static Block that was there because it seemed like the footer hadn’t been imported from the theme. I see that you’ve already done it, which I greatly appreciate.
I uninstalled WP Rocket when I reset the page because I noticed it was causing conflicts (even though I paid for the license…). I will check the article you mentioned once I finish customizing the entire page and am ready to launch it.
Thank you very much for resolving it, Rose!
Best regards!
