    Hi, the quick contact form that appears in the right bottom corner of the homepage is not working for me. Where can I set it and fix it?

    Hello,

    You should install Screets Live Chat plugin which is bundled with our theme to get this functionality.

    Ok, I have the plugin now, and it’s showing fine on my web. How can I change the recipient’s email address, and the box’s colors?

    Hello,

    You can configure Screets Chat settings in admin panel > Chat Console > Options.
