Earlier today I tried using JS in the Promo Pop-up in theme options.
It didn’t work and it caused display issues (some visual composer elements not showing and footer not showing full width.

I have removed that JS and disabled the Promo Pop-up in theme options but I am still randomly getting the same display issues.

    Display Issues

The top half of the image above shows how it should look.
The bottom half shows how it sometimes looks.

I have cleared cache numerous times.

If I keep refreshing the page or if I reload from further down the page I sometimes get this display issue but it seems completely random. I’ve tried in Chrome and IE with same issue.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

I’ve temporary disabled MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin and this solves the problem.
This problem appears in the console http://prntscr.com/k4qs4c If you did not edit this js file, it would be better to contact the plugin author about this problem.
Also, in our documentation, we recommend using MailChimp for WordPress plugin https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#0_newsletters so you can try to use this plugin.

    Hi Rose,

Thanks once again for your help on this.
I have passed that screenshot onto the plugin vendor.
I know you recommend the Mailchimp for wordpress plugin but I prefer the woocommerce version as it allows you to control pop-up timing etc from within the mailchimp dashboard. A feature that isn’t available with the standard WordPress plugin.

Strangely I have used that plugin with this theme many times and had no issue.

I completely understand. I have passed this onto the plugin vendor and placed a link below so anyone else facing this will see the resolution (hopefully).
