Random products keep appearing on cart widget on foreign language

Hello,

Please watch screencast where you can see the problem:

1. There you can see that cart page is empty, but cart widget is showing same 4 products inside cart widget. If I try to remove those products from cart widget, I get instantly redirected to cart page.

2. The empty cart strings are not showing in lithuanian even though they are translated in wpml:
