Hi, I was reseting my website multiple times and now I get the notification “You have reached activation number limit”. Could you please reset this?
I have 4 licences. In the private content area you will find the one I have the issue.

Thanks for using our theme. You can activate it now.
As we can see, the theme is working on https://prnt.sc/whasoz , so on the new site you can use XStore for the same project only, according to ThemeForest license policy -https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular

Hello,

I can’t see the link on https://prnt.sc/whasoz.
Activated the theme and now I get “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature” when I try to update the theme.
