RECAPTCHA ON YOUR CONTACT FORMS IN XTORE DOES NOT SHOW UP

    First of all you guys make it really frustrating for us to get to ur support system by having such huge forms. Are we under investigation after purchase?
    How frustrating you guys are?/

    Now solve my problem. After getting all recaptcha keys and all configuration right, I added it to all my forms … but it will never appear?

    Give me the solution right now

    Hello,

    Thanks for the topic. Sorry for the delay due to the weekends.
    Do you use some 3-rd party plugins to add the recaptcha? Please provide link to page where do you want to add captcha and describe the problem in more details.

    Also the main menu… Whatever I do it never comes at the centre. It’s always disoriented to the left side. I want it in the middle. Please set it right and tell me how you did it.

    Also… In the customize option of the theme there is a “Support chat- on/off”

    Tell me how to get this feature off completely. I don’t want anything that will point to a third party without my permission. This is really not what I want and I therefore need a way in which I can stop any form of pointing to third parties that don’t interest me.

    So by off, I don’t mean selecting the option off. What I mean is to remove this support chat thing out of the theme completely.

    I hope I have made my concern clear.

    Hello,

    1) It works for the contact page http://prntscr.com/idq5au
    If you don’t see this for the other form make sure that problem appears with our theme only or with default WP theme too. Because if you don’t see recaptcha even with default theme then you need to contact plugin author.

    2) You have enabled the secondary menu http://prntscr.com/idq7xs but have not created it. That’s why main menu had 80% width. Keep this option disabled if you don’t plan to use it.

    3) Chat option is a part of theme options, so you can’t remove it completely but you can disable it and then you won’t have any connections to our support via admin panel. Anyway, we don’t get any information except your questions and confirmation that you are the legal user of our theme.

    Obviously I’m.the legal user.
    But I don’t want the theme to connect to anyone like this as I can’t compromise on my security at any cost.
    I have not given my consent to collection of such data at all. So you get this off.

    I’m.just wondering how can someone be illegal user of theme with license.

    The other thing is about ethics. How can something be placed inside the theme to which I don’t consent to. And that too when you know that important financial data will be saved inside it.

    So plz I don’t need this kind of hidden things. I won’t compromise on it.

    Hello,

    We know that you are legal!
    We have added support chat for those users who don’t want to use the forum and prefer to contact us via live chat. But you know that there are many resources where some dishonest users get cracked versions of our theme and at the same time want to use the built-in support chat. That’s why we need to make sure that user who contacts us via chat is the legal user. Anyway, we just get information about support time that you have and if you have it and only if you write us via chat in admin panel. We don’t get any other private information! If you don’t need this you just can disable chat in theme options and that’s all.

    Hello,

    We provide support during support period according to ThemeForest support policy https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy
    If you will need our support after this you’ll be able to renew it. Also, we never leave our clients in the difficult situation if it’s related to our theme. I just meant that if you don’t like support via chat in Theme Options you can disable it and use support forum to get help.

    i need the tesimonials at the bottom of my home page. i tried to get them in sliding form but they dont actually appear. plz check fix

    To show testimonials you may use “Testimonials widget” element or “Carousel Testimonial” element + add inside “Testimonial” elements with content http://prntscr.com/iehy0i
