I got an email that my site was experiencing a technical issue – looks like the site is back up. I am sharing the error details in the private content area.
Please let me know if there is something I need to do so this doesn’t happen again?

I got another error yesterday. Error details in private content area
Dear @Chie,
Thank you for taking the time to report the errors you have encountered. We are currently reviewing the details you provided but require some additional information to fully understand the issues.
Could you please clarify how these errors are occurring? Are they appearing randomly in your error log, or have you encountered them directly on your website? Additionally, it would be helpful to know if there have been any recent changes made to your server, as these could potentially be linked to the errors due to modifications in the code.
If possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a step-by-step guide, video, or screenshots demonstrating how to reproduce the errors. This information will be invaluable in assisting us to resolve the issues promptly.
Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

I got a notification on email:
WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, XStore Core.
First, visit your website (http://madebychie.blackstonetown.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (link provided) and check for any visible issues.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 6.5.3
Active theme: XStore Child (version 1.0)
Current plugin: XStore Core (version 5.3.10)
PHP version 8.0.30
=======================
I have not made any modifications myself, I wouldn’t know how.
I cannot reproduce the issue.
Dear @Chie,
We regret to inform you that we are unable to determine the cause of the error you reported. Upon review, we have noted the following:
1. The website you provided is currently functioning normally.
2. The WooCommerce log files do not show any fatal or critical errors in the recent days. You can view the log details here: https://prnt.sc/36BZGqYNl7Te
Given these circumstances, we recommend that you contact your hosting provider to request access to their log files. Hosting providers typically maintain their own logs, which could provide further insights into what may be triggering the error and how it can be reproduced.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best Regards,
Jack Richardson
