Receiving error on activation/live preview with fresh purchase

I see a white page with this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ReallySimpleCaptcha in /home/gevans21/public_html/wp-content/themes/blanco/code/inc/really-simple-captcha/really-simple-captcha.php on line 30

I did not alter the files in any way. Downloaded the zip, uploaded the zip. No worky.

Hello,

The error means ReallySimpleCaptcha class has already been declared.
You may try to resolve it as described at this link: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-really-simple-captcha-wp-34-fatal-error
