These are not recently viewed. Can this be fixed or do they show because they are related products ?
Hello, @Rich Kil,
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you about the configuration of the ‘Recently Viewed’ section at the bottom of your single product page. This section has been set up using the Single Product Builder.
In the setup process, you have utilized the Custom HTML 01 Widget and selected the Static Block to display in this section.

This implies that the section is derived from the static blocks. Therefore, to make any changes, you need to navigate to the Static Blocks section and locate the “Recently Viewed Products” static block. You can then edit this block as per your requirements.

Within this block, you will find that the Product Grid element has been set. You can select the product’s Data Source from here to display as per your preferences.

This may be a nonsense question but are they actual products viewed by customers or are they picked at random?
Hello, @Rich Kil,
It depends on Data Source in settings of Products element, currently it is all products https://prnt.sc/CeTFyP0SfDEz , but you can select Recently Viewed type – https://prnt.sc/iNZp_aKN7W5s
