Hello,

Thank you support for your time and effort in the previous topics!

This is with reference to this https://www.8theme.com/topic/yith-recently-viewed-products-not-working/#post-302882

I did as asked in the previous topic. However, now they do not display at all (https://prnt.sc/1weo0bb).

Any ideas.

I’ve checked single product page and can see the content of the static block – https://prnt.sc/1wh1f7c Please clear cache and check one more time. Provide URL of the page where the Recently Viewed Products do not work.

Hello,

It looks the Recently viewed products appear for the logged-in users only. And it happens not just with our theme but with the default Storefront too. You can enable the Storefront theme, add the default WooCommerce Recently viewed products widget to the sidebar https://prnt.sc/1wm8d4q and test. So, contact WooCommerce support about this issue https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ we can do nothing with this.

Latest messages are that it is working a combination of WooCommerce and Yith Recently Viewed on Storefront https://yrecenttestdev.wpengine.com/

Hello,

Did you check the mentioned staging site by yourself?
I checked and see that no matter if I visited a few products it tells me that “You have not viewed any product yet.” + some kind of double product on the single product page https://recordit.co/L3cNTr3Yd6
So, it does not work. It does not display recently viewed products if you are not logged in.

It works for this site https://yrecenttestdev.wpengine.com/.
But it did not work for the site you provided before https://bpdev22.wpengine.com/shop/
And as you could see it did not work even with the Storefront theme. I can’t tell you what is the reason of the issue because it’s not a theme issue.
