Hello, @mohamed aly,

These are the theme requirements and these are only fulfilled from the server. If these are not completed on your site you have to ask your service provider they will be able to solve it for you. And all of these options are necessary to increase the website performance in order to reduce the server response time.

max execution time set to 6000 is it too much and effect on performance or not and the same for other options in red box in image

No, It will not affect your site. Less than the theme requires is not good greater than the theme requirement is ok.

No need to worry about it.
