Recovery password page don't works - by Marlon

    Hi,

    When a user wants to recover the password, the link for this function redirects to the default wordpress page and not to the woocommerce one:

    http://prntscr.com/yeyq4v
    http://prntscr.com/yeyr4k

    The link shown is: https://polvodemariposa.com/trastienda/?action=lostpassword

    The correct link should be: https://polvodemariposa.com/mi-cuenta/lost-password
    But don’t work.

    It happens to me with another website and the same theme and installed

    I have the plugins WPS Hide Login, but disabling this is not fixed

    I would appreciate the help asap.

    Hello,

    A simple test you can do is to see if this is a conflict with our theme or with another plugin:
    – temporarily switch XStore to Storefront (default WC theme)
    – disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, Core plugin
