Hello Maher alshaheri,
We’ve checked your site. You need to contact your hosting provider with your request you posted here, and ask for help from their side with this also – https://gyazo.com/06519c00697237171844a5b8adecaba7
Read these posts about DOM https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1412-avoid-an-excessive-dom-size https://isotropic.co/avoid-an-excessive-dom-size-on-your-wordpress-website/
Edit your page and Product elements and enable Lazy loading for the Product elements. It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header.
Regards
hi again
i reinstall a new WordPress with only plugin from your theme but the site speed still slow and Dom size is big plz check it
hi support
webhosting confirm the issue is from ur side
https://prnt.sc/1r10ls4
Hello,
We can’t log in to your new site, but while testing we see the next things that are independent of the theme – https://gyazo.com/2afbf1f5a7aa66e48744c80e285d9c3d https://gyazo.com/e547e35573bfda3bcb7a525e22fda9e8
Have you read articles about DOM? Every additional element on the page increases the DOM structure. To reduce it remove the elements, there is no other way, unfortunately (for example limit the number of products in the slider, or remove some elements etc).
If you are not satisfied with the theme speed we could only give you a refund.
Regards
Hi rose

Hello,
We’ve changed some settings and results are better now – https://prnt.sc/1r3n0ia https://gtmetrix.com/reports/soqkorea.com/zwakbvaA/
Google Pagespeed (and now GTmetrix) always scores with 10-50 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. We suggest you test the site on real devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems.
And a question to your hosting provider, why your files http://prntscr.com/1r3neo9 do not come from CDN?
Regards
sorry for the late answer

dear support
i sent 2 msg yesterday and i would be happy if u could answer me
hello support
please if u see my messages replay to me
hi support
i am waiting for your answer
Hello,
Take our apologies for the delay in answering.
1) “Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources” option helps to avoid using of the old cached files. So, if you enable this option you need to clear the plugin cache, CDN cache + browser cache to apply changes you did in ThemeOptions or using the Elementor plugin. If you can’t clear all these caches then keep the option disabled.
2) Bold weight of your body font is not loaded. So, add the below code to child theme style.css to load that
@import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Cairo:wght@700&display=swap');
3)
Considering this, may we request that you kindly ask the theme support to provide you with the exact links to the files they are referring to so that we can download them via the ‘wget’ command and see if they will be obtained through proxied IPs, please?
Did you provide them the screenshot that we sent you before? https://prnt.sc/1r3neo9
Regards
hi support
