Getting the error “ReferenceError: Can’t find variable: tinyMCE” in browser console.
This happens when I try and edit the Cart widget in the Header from within the Xstore Theme Options. As a result the settings on the left-pane don’t load and the section remains blank.
Please let me know how to go about it.
Hello,
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then.
If the situation is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hi,
I’ve tried deactivating all plugins but the issue still remains. Sharing the SFTP details.

Hello,
I’ve tried deactivating all plugins but the issue still remains.
It’s not true because there is no problem with the cart if third-party plugins are deactivated

And appears again once the Widget Disable plugin is enabled. So, contact the plugin author to fix the mentioned error and follow the instructions next time, please.
