Dear 8Themes Support Team,

I am writing to formally document and address the significant issues I have encountered while attempting to utilize the Xstore theme (Purchase code: hidden) on our website. Like Rose Tyler, I have faced similar challenges and would like to bring these to your immediate attention.

Despite taking numerous steps to improve the website’s performance—including changing the hosting provider, applying caching mechanisms, and limiting the use of plugins to just three—the Xstore theme has resulted in unacceptably slow website loading speeds. This performance issue has persisted, causing considerable disruption.

Additionally, there are several critical vulnerabilities within the Xstore theme that remain unaddressed, posing a significant risk to the security and functionality of our website.

In light of the aforementioned issues, we formally request a full refund for the Xstore theme. We kindly request that you process this refund as expeditiously as possible.
