Regarding the Issue of Static Blocks Overlapping the Top Menu Bar

    Image 1:
    This shows how I adjusted the distance between the Static Blocks and the menu bar. The downside of this method is that when resizing the browser window, a white border appears at the top, or the menu bar gets covered. So, I don’t think this is a good solution.

    This image shows the Static Blocks overlapping the menu bar.

    My Main Request:
    Is there a way to make the Static Blocks stick to the menu bar, or a method to prevent the white border or the menu bar from being covered?
