I’m not sure why this is happening, but I suspect it might be due to the influence of ProElements.

I tried contacting Elementor’s official support, but haven’t received any response.
Currently, the experience isn’t ideal (as shown in the image, only the templates I saved are usable, while others are not).

I’m not sure how to send a screen recording video.

I’ll try to describe the issue as clearly as possible:
The version of Elements is the latest, but the settings interface is still in the old version’s style.
Additionally, I am unable to insert free content from Elements, including blocks and pages.

    Hello, bzzxzz,

We hope this message finds you well.

Next time, please upload the video file to a file-sharing service of your choice, such as WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/). Once uploaded, kindly provide us with the URL link to the file.

“The version of Elements is the latest, but the settings interface is still in the old version’s style.
Additionally, I am unable to insert free content from Elements, including blocks and pages.” – it appears that the issue may not be related to our theme. To verify or refute this assumption, we suggest temporarily activating a different theme on your site to see how Elementor functions with it. We hope you understand that our theme support service can only assist with issues directly related to the theme’s functionality.

Thank you for your attention to these matters.

    Best Regards,

    Dear @bzzxzz,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would like to inform you that our support services are dedicated exclusively to inquiries directly related to our projects. Upon review, it appears that your questions concerning the design of the Elementor editor and the ‘Bad requests’ issue do not fall within the scope of our support, as they pertain to functionalities specific to the Elementor plugin.

We kindly advise you to await a response from the Elementor support team, as they are better equipped to assist you with issues related to their plugin’s code. Additionaly you may post your question on their free support forum -> https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions related to our projects.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
