Regarding translation using the app Loco

I have a store in Danish, but there are some things I’m unable to translate with Loco Translate (the email address bar at the footer, cart right corner, checkout etc) I’m unable to translate those parts with Loco.

Please clear the cache and check one more time.
As we can see, strings are translated.

Could you provide us with screenshots of untranslated strings?
Use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/ to upload ready photos there and provide us with URLs.
