    I want to remove registration form.

    just edit et-registration.php

    Hello,

    We’re glad to hear that your issue was solved.
    Also, we recommend you to make all changes in the Child Theme.
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
    If you’re using the Child Theme then you’ll not lose your changes after theme update.
