I’m having an issue with the registration page. It shows up, (I’ve allowed anyone to register in settings), I created the custom registration page, but when someone registers it just keeps spinning and never creates an account. Please help this is a live site.

I don’t know if this helps in diagnosing, I couldn’t get the contact form to work either. I had to use contact form 7.

Thank you. My login and FTP are attached in private content. Just an update. It actually does create the account in the back end, it just never finishes on the front end and the wheel just keeps spinning.

Hello,

There is the problem with captcha image loading in the page http://www.shadesofclay.com/registration/ because image file can’t be generated in the /wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/tmp directory. You need to contact your hosting provider to solve this issue.
And unfortunately we still can’t login into WP Dashboard with provided credentials.

Thank you, is a permissions issue do you think? What permissions should I assign that folder (it’s Apache)

Hello,

There is a problem with file generation in the /wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/tmp directory even with 777 permissions. That’s why you need to ask your hosting provider support to investigate the issue.
