Every time you send an update on the theme, we need to approach you for updating it in our system. Whenever we click on update – it shows an error. When we share WP login with you, you resolve it.
My question is how long will this work? Can you please update the ZIP folder of the Xstore app regularly?

I think that problem with the update could be caused by your two-step verification. Add our server IP to your whitelist 136.243.62.35 and try to update plugin after that.

1. We have whitelisted the said IP even then it is not allowing us to update the plugin.
2. Above all, since the last update, the widgets used in the sidebar on the shop page have disappeared. We are not able to add them again. It was fully functional before the last update.
3. While uploading products, the brand list tab does not appear.
