REINSTALL a fresh copy of Xstore theme - by mikaaditya

How to completely unistall xtore theme with its setting and all recent data then reinstall again so I will have fresh system that I can start from begining?

I already try to delete xstore theme from cpanel with core plugin,
but when I install them again I have exactly same setting and content.

Hello,

1) Once you install theme it saves Theme Options to DB that’s why if you just remove files you won’t remove information from DB.

2) About your message in private content. In this case, we can’t guarantee that previous theme did not make any wrong changes in your DB. Provide me access to your Dashboard and FTP, I’ll check what caption do you see in theme options and try to help you if it’s not related to previous changes in DB.

Hi, the updates come again, then I try to delete my xstore folder in wp-content/themes then I upload a new theme via cpanel.

update succeed but I cannot access my site. it only show 8theme loading continously.

please help

Hello,

1) If you want to update theme to the latest version you need to update WC plugin to version 3.3.3 first because the new version of XStore theme does not support WC 3.2.x anymore.
2) If you want to get help with theme and plugin update provide me correct FTP access to your site and do the backup of all the files and DB before reply back.
