Hi,

Can you please advise what the related products are based on? The related products appear at the bottom of my single product page, however don’t seem to be specifically linked to the product being viewed. Pic for reference…https://prnt.sc/uxnzq7

The “You may be interested in” section on the cart page works well, just wondering how this is ‘coded’. Also could it be made to be higher on the page as it gets lost and I don’t think people will see this section. Pic below for reference.

Hello,

Read here about related products and cross-sells https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/
WooCommerce does not have the option to change the location of the cross-sells. If you want to change its position it requires additional customization. You can submit customization request here.

Thanks Olga, I had already read the document you sent me, and that is where I saw the cross-sells being located in a more prominent position. See pic attached.

Hello,

Storefront theme displays them there but our theme under the cart content. It’s possible to change by copying the xstore/woocommerce/cart/cart.php file to child theme and edition it according to your needs http://prntscr.com/uykj6d
