I am trying to translate “related products” into Portuguese, but it is not accepted.

Hello,

The mentioned “related products” text relate to XStore theme, you should be able to see 2 available translation for it (works fine on our test site), but there is only one right now on your site – http://prntscr.com/r5kjz1 I suppose you need to update/re-scan translation for the theme (WPML > About WordPress > Theme and plugins localization > Strings in the themes > XStore > Scan selected themes for strings).
