Related products slider is not workin ok on frontend.

Meanwhile, GRID type is working fine.

I have same problem on multiple websites.

Only this product is done. In theme builder.

Also, popup close button does not function correctly. It should be Black and white on hover. But on frontend it’s white and black only when I click away from the popup.

We need ftp access also.

To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Hello, Ziga32,

We appreciate your prompt response, but we can’t connect FTP:
```
Error:        	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error:        	Could not connect to server
```
Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?
