    Hi Team,

I have a new requirement to implement, related to the pricing of products.
As you know, I am making a website for a jewelry shop and the customer wants, to add a rate one time for 24-carat, 22-carat, and 18-carat gold and the prices will be automatically set up for all the products because gold prices are changing daily so it will not be possible for the customer to change prices daily for so many products like 4000 products.
For example -> I am taking an example of 18-carat gold jewelry of 10 gm
So, 18-carat pure gold price = Rs 6500 per gram

    Bangles = weight * price = 10 gm * Rs 6500
    = Rs 65000
    Making charges of 10% = Rs 6500
    ——————
    Rs 71500
    GST 3% on Rs 71500 = Rs 2145
    —————–
    Rs 73645

So, this is the example, I hope you can understand my problem. Please tell me a solution how to do it. And one more thing, ‘making charges’ are different for diamond jewelry.

    Thanks,

    Hello, @Seainfotech,

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

Please be advised that the product price functionality is provided by the WooCommerce plugin, Please contact WooCommerce plugin support for assistance. which support forum can be found at the following URL: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Or You can use any third-party plugin for it, which better meets your requirements but at your own risk.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Tony,

Why can’t 8 theme makes this feature for it’s themes? Xstore is a customized theme. 8theme developers can implement this feature also. Because it a very necessary feature for jewellery shops as prices are changing daily.

    Thanks,
    Seainfotech

    Hi Team,

I have added custom fields and wrote a PHP function for dynamic pricing of products and it is also populating on the product page. But when I click the add to cart button, prices are not populating in the cart. Please review my php code and help me. Code is written in functions.php of Xstore’s child theme.

    Thanks,
    Seainfotech
