Reload animation on each site – deactivation

Hello Team,
everytime somebody goes to a new page on my site a reload animation ( 100%) appears.
I had already some emails from custom who asked if it can be removed?
Can you advise me?

Hello,

You can disable it in Theme Options > General > Show loader icon until site loading > Off.
