Remove Promo text - by Eleven26 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    I’ve tried everything possible to remove the promo banner text on the top header. Yes I have removed the block yes I updated the page yes it does not show in the preview. But when I go to another browser or another computer the default promo text still shows how do I remove it

    Hello,

    Do you use server caceh or CDN? Try to clear cache of it.
    Provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

    not sure what cdn is but it turned out to be a hidden menu. not sure why the theme comes with multiple menus for the home page. as feedback, i would remove that and let the user decide that.
