Remove “refund” rows in email builders of order subtotal

Dear XStore Support Team,

I am reaching out with a request regarding the email builder “Order subtotal”. Currently, when creating automated emails for order updates, the options “Refunded fully” and “Refunded partially” are displayed.

I would like to inquire if it is possible to remove the “Order fully refunded” and “Refund” rows? This would help me customize my email notifications more precisely according to my business needs.

Could you please let me know if this customization is feasible? If so, what steps I need to take or if there are any additional settings that need adjustment?

Have you tested such texts in real emails? In certain cases, there are options that can be used depending on WooCommerce conditions. Therefore, it would be best to configure them in advance to ensure optimal functionality.

Hello Jack,

You are correct that the email displays different order subtotals based on the order status, which means new orders won’t show full or partial refund rows.

I will close this ticket.
