    Hi there!

To help familiarize myself with the theme I installed the demo-content. It looks really good, but for the shop urls an extra index.php was added, and I would really like for the shop URLS to not have this. Please see http://uforglemmelig.no/index.php/butikk/ – could you please give me a pointer as to how I can get rid of this, please? 🙂

Also – I realize this is beyond support for the theme, so I completely understand if you can’t help me out: I am new to Woocommerce, but looking around I can’t find an overview over registered customers, and the possibility to enter a “customer card” with previous orders and other information. The closest I get is searching for the customer’s name/contact info to get all their orders, but I would really like some more information at hand. Have I missed something, or alternatively is there a plug-in you can recommend that will provide such info?

    Have a great weekend!

    Kind regards

    Hi Jack!

Thank you so much for your reply, I was able to edit the permalink to get rid of the index.php , however I still have unwanted names in the URL: I want the product-category to look like this: http://www.sitename.com/name-of-category , right now it is http://www.sitename.com/productcategory/name-of-category:
    http://screencast.com/t/7RVsBVXhC

When I look in the permasettings, the productcategory (produktkategori) is filled in, and I can’t remove it: http://screencast.com/t/fMEmk3raK. Do you know how I can get rid of this, please?

    Kind regards

    Hello,

Those are Woocommerce settings for products permalinks and you should refer to their documentation:
    http://docs.woothemes.com/document/permalinks/
    http://www.templatemonster.com/help/woocommerce-how-to-setup-and-manage-shop-permalinks.html

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
