Removing wording "Comments are closed"

    Hi Guys, how would I go about removing the “Comments are closed” wording on my blog.

    This wording appears if commenting is forbidden by the site administrator . You can modificate this wording within simulation/comments.php file on line 43 I have removed this wording. .You may also move this file to childtheme to save mofification from further possible update.
