    Hello XStore Support Team,

I am experiencing rendering issues on my e-commerce website built with XStore and Elementor. The product images and layout appear incorrectly on certain screens, as seen in the attached screenshots.

I would appreciate your assistance in diagnosing and resolving these issues to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience for my customers.

I have added product lists and descriptions for 10 category pages on the website. I have cleared the cache with SiteSpeed Optimizer from SiteGround, and I have cleared dynamic cache and Memcached from SiteGround. However, when I check what some of my customers see, it appears with incorrect formatting. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

These screenshots are real-time from Microsoft Clarity. I see it normally when I open the pages on my mobile; the products are displayed in two columns, and the text appears. However, for some of my customers, it renders incorrectly as shown in the attached photos.

    Thank you for your support!

    Best regards,

    Dear @Ricardo,

We hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed the issue you reported and determined that it is primarily related to the browser cache of the users whose screens you are monitoring. This issue is not directly associated with our theme.

To address this, we recommend activating a cache plugin that consolidates styles and scripts into new files that have not been previously cached. This should not only resolve the issue but also enhance the loading speed for your clients.

Additionally, as previously suggested, we advise you to regenerate the CSS using the Elementor plugin tools. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this at: https://elementor.com/help/regenerate-css-data/. This step may further assist in resolving the issue.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
