Rendering issues on some of xstore pages

Hello,

When entering some sections of the website, the rendering is somehow broken.

i.e.:

this page works:
https://nichebeaute.ma/product-category/soins-du-corps-visage/poudre-parfumee-pour-le-corps/

this page doesn’t render properly:
https://nichebeaute.ma/product-category/soins-du-corps-visage/epilation/

This issue happens both on desktop and mobile

Can you please assist?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

There is no problem when the parent XStore theme is activated. It appears that several files have been modified through the use of a child theme, which has been identified as the source of the problem.

We kindly request that you contact the individual responsible for these modifications to address and rectify the current issue.

Hi Rose,

Unfortunately the previous developer is no more reachable 🙁

But I fail to undertand why is it specific to some of the pages if it was a customizing issue? I would assume the customization would impact everything?

Could you do us the courtesy of which parameter we need to modify here as we’re really out of options here.

Additionally, we are currently unable to access the wp-admin panel. It appears that there have been changes to the login credentials.

Here you can find the child theme from our team https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ and compare to see what was changed on your site.

There was no custom coding. the issue is fixed now. the fix was very simple and we had to find it ourselves. the child theme was so obsolete (version 0.0.1) and all we did was to download the child theme from the download section. we’re not impressed with the kind of solution provided here I have to say. but thanks anyway.
