Reorder the custom content tab above additional content tab

How can I make the custom tab above the additional content tab? Is there a function I can add to my child theme?

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

If you have a function I can apply the code myself. Do you need to modify theme files to achieve this?
