When editing a mobile menu, after saving, I cannot publish the changes. The following text keeps coming up. I was able to save the same configuration using the header creator, but with my second menu it keeps saying: “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.” Is this a bug?

I am trying to add the cart button on the mobile view of the home page. Same as desktop view. On other pages, the default menu does work and displays it correctly.

    Hello,

Please provide URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access.
What exactly should we do to see the error?

    Regards

    Hello,

Could you, please, provide us with server error logs? I see 413 error in console http://prntscr.com/wcegin So, probably you reached some server limit and server error log tells us which one.

    Hello,

Access log, status log but I don’t see the error log in the archive.
We need the server error logs. Contact your hosting provider to get this.

Got error ‘PHP message: WordPress database error The size of BLOB/TEXT data inserted in one transaction is greater than 10% of redo log size. Increase the redo log size using innodb_log_file_size. for query UPDATE wp_options SET option_value =

This is the reason of the problem. Contact your hosting provider, show this error and ask to increase the allowed size.

Spoke to hosting support. They changed what needed to be changed and then I was able to save the mobile menu settings….ONCE. But the cart button was not added on save as it should. Any subsequent tries gives me the following error: “changeset_post_save_failure”

Any ideas what could be wrong now? Thanks

    Hello,

I see the 504 error https://prnt.sc/wdmitk Probably some errors still appear in the server error log and I suppose that it’s also related to some limit. So, check the error logs again. What errors do you have there?

    Regards
