HI
I’ve been having the same problem as before with the caching. When the cache is full it ends up going to the /wp-admin/install.php page. I have to delete the cache every other day.
Regards
Suk
Hello,
Please disable cache plugin and clear cache via FTP. After that check your site.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hi
Disabling the plugin isn’t an option, as this will slow the site down. Also, it will reach my cache limit on the server faster. You guys did take a look at it, but the issue is still there.

Suk

Hello,
As you can see in the error message this is DNS resolution error, it’s related to hosting provider. So you need contact their support team.

Hello,
You had to clear cache folder in wp-content directory via FTP.

HI
I’ve tried deleting the cache folder and try to delete the files within but I’m getting message saying Permission denied.
Thanks
Suk
Hello sukhy2001,
in this case you need to contact your hosting provider. Unfortunately we can not help you to change FTP permissions.
Regards,
Stan Russell.
I contacted my hosting provider and deleted the Cache folder. Activated the W3 Cache plugin and still the same problem.
Hello,
We recommend you to remove the plugin completely and install it from scratch.
Please read this guidance:

Hello again
So, I’m back at the same problem again after 3 weeks. When you enter website your redirected to wp-admin/install.php page again. I’ve cleared the cache and it looks like its stuck on the install.php page.
Please can you take a look at this issue, Black Friday is around the corner. Thank you so much
Suk
Hello
Please check this issue with default wordpress theme like twenty fourteen. If the issue still persists you should contact your hosting provider because it is not related to our theme.
